Domingo Medina earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering at Universidad Iberoamericana, where he wrote his thesis on “Concrete Superplasticizers”. He has operated as a designer, estimator, superintendent and project manager, technical services manager and production director for some of the world’s largest construction firms and concrete/cement producers in Houston. His construction experience and education brings operational leadership and a broad knowledge of commercial, industrial and public work construction to every client adding value to every project.
Beginning as a child, working on construction sites beside his father, he now has over 20 years of experience in government, industrial and commercial construction.
